Suzuki Jimny 1.3 MT: Gear oil, Differential oil and Transfer case oil

Hi,
I want to know about the changeover frequency, quantity, grades and suitable brand of gear, differential and transfer case oil for Jimny 2011 1.3, manual. Anyone with owner's manual please help.

While changing these oils any specific parts required such as seals, washer, plug etc?

Bonus point: also let me know a place that is easily accessible and clean and does not have a paindoo name (astabil, mitthu, pappu etc.) From where i can get these oils changed in Pindi / Islamabad.

i have been able to find this resource.

So it is 75W90 for gear and transfer box
and 80w90 for differentials. i dont have any idea what is meant by hypoid and GL-5.

For the brands my preferences are Toyota oil and Oils by Liqui Moly.
