Suzuki Jimny 660 Turbo and Vaccum

When You turn on the ac in a car The Rpm Increases on idle same goes with headlight when its a 660cc Right!.But Thats not happening with my Jimny like the rpm just drop .Other than that whenever I try to press Full throttle on my turbo f6a,it used to be very responsive but now it jerks on full throttle and when i totally engage the turbo.I have checked the Turbo its in perfect conditon but the problem according to my judgement is with the vaccum or IAC(Idle air control Valve) So my questions are

1-If I disconnect it will it affect my petrol average or Engine life in any way bcz not in that state if I turn of the ac the rpm drops down to 300-400rpm ifi let my foot of the throttle,but doesnt die.

2-When i connect it the rpm becomes unstable so the problem certainly lies in it

3-What is the relation of turbo and vaccum system.Its clear for the Ac and everything else as its an old engine and it is a basically mechanical but how is my turbo boost affected.And will it affect my turbo in the long run

4-Where i might find this part being limited to Gujranwala and at what Cost?

Aoa. I am having problem in connecting my vacuum pipes. Can u please send me video of the vacuum pipes connected to egr and blow off valve

What you've highlighted in your picture is the 2-way ISC (Idle Speed Control) valve. The Suzuki P/N is 18117-82C00. I'm not sure where you would find it, but I hope this helps make the search easier.

To answer your questions, the ISC Solenoid that you've circled in your picture (Suzuki P/N 18117-82C00) begins to fail and requires replacement. It's a known issue with the JA11 Jimny.

1. It will not affect your fuel consumption or engine life. With AC off, this solenoid valve takes precedence over the AC idle up valve (the one with the screw.) Try spraying some WD-40 inside both ports on the solenoid and taking a few trips. Driving on the highway with the green turbo light on (meaning your turbo is producing boost) in the gauge cluster for a while gave me some improvement: my engine used to stall, but now it only drops to ~400rpm. An alternative solution is to wire a switch to the AC idle-up valve, using it to boost RPM instead of the ISC when the AC is off.

2. Check the lines. It may be connected backwards.

3. The turbo's internal wastegate requires a vacuum line. It's the topmost metal line across the front timing cover, connected on one end to the intake manifold, and the wastegate actuator on the other. A functional wastegate is essential to maintain boost at the factory set level that is safe for the engine. If that line isn't connected, the turbo will keep spooling and keep making boost beyond the safe level for the engine, which is dangerous for both engine and turbo. As a failsafe, the ECU uses the MAP sensor to cut off fuel if the boost level goes beyond 88 kPa.

4. Even internationally, this part has been discontinued as of this year, and stock is very low. Your best bet is to search for a used one in your local market, or import one from Japan. Alternatively, you could try opening and rebuilding the solenoid valve yourself.
