Hi everyone. I need recommendations for a good mechanic in Lahore that can do engine work. I have a Jimny 2010 Turbo automatic that recently blown it's turbocharger (I guess). There are loud noises coming from engine (seems like something is broker and grinding) and a lot of white smoke coming from tailpipe. A mechanic on motorway told me that engine is safe but turbo needs replacement.
Should I take it to Suzuki master motors(DHA) or look for a more experienced mechanic in Lahore?
UPDATE: I took the car to Iman Auto in DHA Z block (charrar pind) because it was closest to my place and I was a bit short on time. They identified the problem correctly as a case of blown and broken turbocharger. They were able to find a replacement from bilal gunj for 17500 (I guess it shouldn't be that expensive but I was eager to fix the car sooner than later) and replaced it on the same day. Drove it home today. Seems fine for now.
