Suzuki Jimny - Project Ideas

Hello Members,

I have a question, Not that I am doing it just out of curiosity wanted to know from experts
Can we swap k15b engine in Suzuki Jimny -JB23 which is 660cc
complete swap with transmission and 4x4.
is it feasible or even doable? are these engines available? and what would be the cost?

K-serires is doable. The real question is the availability of K15 engine. I haven't heard or seen about it in junkyards until now.

Alright, I think in future if I want to go that path it will result in improved fuel economy and performance. currently I own JB23, 660cc turbo jimny 2013. I am from Karachi and idea of traveling all the way to kashmir, swat, etc scares me as when I drive it on highway it screams :D. its quite fun to drive mini SUV. I hope one day I could take it to northen areas of the country.

Go for M13 or M16 engines. They are readily available, reliable and great fun.

Yes, you are right. I am not looking for a swap right now as it is performing well.
