I have a 1987 suzuki khyber in which I swapped a G13A (margalla's engine) in the July of 2017. 6 months after, i started facing an issue where my alternator/generator keeps on frying/dying. I've changed it around 5 times and max any peice has lasted is 1 year. Have tried various alternators from different cars but still facing the same issue. Can anyone please guide me as to what could be the root cause as a generator should last at least 3 years. Have been searching up online but couldn't find any satisfactory answers.

your wiring and load.
The car has stock electronics so no heavy load. Not sure about short circuits tho.
Your Load has increased plus your wiring also have issues.1st, get your wiring streamlined then install bigger capacity Alternator.
If you are in Karachi, then go to Malik in 13-D for compatible gen. set with alternator.
Just found some short circuits so i guess that might be the problem. Still wiring needs replacement because it's too old. Anyways thanks.
If you have found culprit at 1 point, replace your whole wiring A to Z.
It seems it is more dangerous to you then
Aoa bro is the engine swap bolt on no modifications required ?
