The ones which were available were Chinese and they have a bad name for not opening at mentioned temperature.

simply buy a oem new thermostat valve for suzuki pickup ravi or van bolan and rig into engine. @nnabeel

We didn't bought engine oil it is just an estimate. Fuel Pump i authentic Japanese.
J = Japanese
P = Pakistani
C = Chinese
Although none of the chinese parts were installed and few of Pakistani parts were installed all the rest were replaced by Japanese Authentic parts

It costed us 6000 for transmission repair. Also, magic is applied over water intake pipe fitted in engine.

What is the rating of Heat range of your Spark plugs? Is it 5 or 6? Share packing's side pictures where model number is written

Plug wires are 8mm? Ultima is Chinese brand but good quality; Also they have usually 1 year replacement warranty...

What is the condition of fuel tank? Have you treated it too? It will be better if you put all fuel lines and return Line new in addition to new Brake Linings.All in designated black coloured not the usual green color like the mistakes done by
Mechanic in my Khyber.

These small items will have bigger impact

Sorry, was not able to check the label thoroughly as I was in office and sparkplugs were already installed then.
Yes Sparkplug wires are of 8mm. We have asked denter/mechanic to disassemble and give the fuel tank to us so we can properly wash it and regarding fuel lines, they were recently (before restoration) checked and washed but we will inspect once again before engine installation.

Yes it will work InShaAllah. Upon repeated request the mechanic has agreed to plug the fan as automatic but also will provide us the switch in dashboard to turn the fan to direct.

I am currently using Castrol Radicool Imported premixed coolant for the past 6-7 months in Liana and it is working great. I will be using same in Khyber InShaaAllah.

The sleeves were made of Cast Iron and were pressed into the block by a machine. First Engine block and sleeves were heated in the oven and then pressed together using heat.

Salam o Alikum brother the sleeves must be super cold and block must be backed to 150 deg cent before hammering sleeves in block for interference fit

i am also getting my khyber 98 model to setup on auto fan ,,, i got the new flange, new thermostat valve and new temperature sensor (temp sending unit) .... but now when the mechanic installed it, he claims that sensor and flange does not meet the size of thermostat ... he installed the flange and sensor and still the fan is working on auto but he is asking me to arrange different size thermostat valve as he claims that the flange size is smaller.... i got my parts from Arafat autos - Plaza

secondly you have mentioned about the button in dashboard that allows to get the fan t be direct when required ... where r u getting it done, i would like the same facility to be installed

Any electrician will be able to setup a button for manual fan. Which car's thermostat did you installed?

Yes! It was a similar process. I was in the office, my brother was there. Your point justifies the process as block would expand with heat and sleeves will be installed then.

well i got all items for khyber..... i do remember 1 thing that while buying the shop owner mentioned that "khyber ka flange bara hota hai lekin chota flange b lg jata hai, and he gave me flange which had smaller size " ... flange and sensor to lg gya but ab thermostat ka kch krna hga

BHAI BARA flange lagwalo, dont search for new another thermostat. if there was a bigger falnge in original then it must be for some reason.

the circled areas seems like impacted from a front collision and not rectified. pls confirm.
