A cng vehicle requires a monthly visit to the mechanic, I remember that my khyber used to go ever second weekend to the mechanic, but that was because it was an going project, but if your car is giving issues on cng, service the kit, the cylinder, check the advance and get it properly tuned.
Always start from cold on petrol, and switch to cng when the temperature moves a light bit, this was the formula that kept my car from having issues on cng.

My car actually is daily driven for about 80-85km. I do visit mechanic every month for oil change and routine check. This issue started to arise a few days back. Other than this I never feel anything wrong with the car. This issue actually arises once car is on optimum temperature and on low rpm.so when I tend to accelerate in 1st and 2nd gear it jerks a bit and then become smooth again. After the car attain certain speed like 40km++ no issues at all. Even if you keep on driving for more then 20kms without brakes and floored accelerator.

This is a CNG settings issue.
Mine issue is different.

Go to any professional CNG tuner. He will diagnose this easily.
Go to CNG tuner not to car mechanic.

Is your car running fine on PETROL?

Yup no issues on petrol. But 2-3 days ago I felt same on petrol too. But that one was I believe totally different as compared to this as that was a hard jerk due to like slow delivery of petrol

That can be another thing. Bad carburettor.

I had an issue with my 120y that whenever I used to convert it back to petrol after driving on cng for 500 600 kms the car used to give issues. I got the carburetor serviced, replaced the electric fuel pump with original mechanical fuel pump. Now I regularly use Carburetor cleaning spray after every 2 3 weeks, car is running fine on both CNG and Petrol

I am using my Khyber totally on CNG. Dec and January when there was shortage of gas and CNG was not available I drove it on petrol. I had no issues on petrol and similarly never faced such issues in the past.
Actually I am somewhat a fan of this car. I am driving my own cars since 2010 and I have changed 4 cars. 3 of them were khybers.

i can feel some oil on the outer body of the cng kit. is it may be that kit needed a service? i did get it serviced from a true professional around 9 months ago. should i get it serviced again ??

Diagnose where that oil is leaking from. Yes could be simple service and tune needed.

The oil on surface of CNG kit comes from the oil that accumulates in cng cylinder and cng kit from filling of CNG.

Yes you are absolutely right.
Let this lockdown finish soon, then I will go and see CNG repair guy.
I am further planning to upgrade the cars engine to G15A.
I hope @dani_kk could further help me on this.

Be careful to professionally reinforce the chassis and body of the car before swapping a powerful engine. My experience with the Khybers I kept is that there body joints (spot welds) are relatively weak as compared to Charade. I tried to get the joints of the khyber reinforced but the results were very bad. I tried 2 times on two different khybers, one ended in overstiffness of the front end (where the denter f*^ked the car by gas welding the joints) whereas the other ended in regular problem of noise from joints.

I personally loved the Daihatsu Charades, the body used to be very strong and even in weather of Karachi the chassis didn't rust to the level where it required patching or the joints needed to be repaired. Let's hope that your Khyber's frame performs well with the G15a

The guy that I am referring too @dani_kk is professional and had done quite a number of swaps already in khybers which are successful too.
I will show my car to him if car will be worthy enough to bear the pressure than I will move further otherwise i will opt for some other option

No doubt charade body is really great and strong.
I have seen some wonderful swaps in charade after the car behaves like a beast.

Usually there's a blockage added to reduce the air flow in it for good cng setting

actually he is installing a crowbar or steel rod kind of thing underneath to avoid car to be expanded
(us ne sarya lagaya hai neechay jahan chimte attach hote hain takay gari ka agla hisa khule nahin or allignment out na ho.)
