Suzuki khyber 1999 model missing on CNG

This is the issue with local build quality. Car manufacturers get away with such subpar quality. Faced similar issue with brother's Suzuki Cultus 2008 model.

Our local mechanics and denters are not trained or certified for the job, plus they never acquire proper tools. This method shown in video is jugar, which might work as there's no official fix for it. It is up to denter to use a metal plate or rod, and way of welding type. For my brother's Cultus, it took three tries to fix it, initial two broke just after few days.

This brace is a very good idea and a similar rod is also installed from factory on some cars like the charade g100 gtti (99% were missing in pakistan because silencer ustaad didnt like it)

Usual g100 charades faced this same problem and this is a permanent fix for it.

It used to happen on ae80 corolla too, then toyota added 2 small similar braces to counter the "spread and crack" in the ee80 corolla.

It happens because these cars dont use subframes

True that they are using the wrong weld stitch, but this repair is pretty much a must necessity for these cars and even civics from the 90s.

Would that be ok to install it in any car like mine is Khyber 99 and I feel my car is out of front alignment but minor only. So would that be ok to install it in my car.
What would be the pros and cons for doing such amendment.

Yes, that should be the proper way to do it. The car is in Islamabad and brother had to leave it to denter, otherwise I'd have done research beforehand and got it fixed under my supervision.

Yes he is doing the right thing. this kind of brace is necessary for cars like charades, mehran, Khyber and cultus because with the passage of time the " mukkian" of the car stretches making the alignment of car out all the time. (and the new word we heard in the video is "KUKKAR"

he has done correctly as per the tools and resources available but the rod making can be more refined so that it sits perfectly and its welds doesn't break.

this stretching is common in charades which are used with wider tires than the specified ones.

And bhai jb gari di the for denting to at least service kerwa k detey so the dirt and grime doesn't comes in between when he was applying the black coat

Sir same story goes for the gear foundations of charades. There are originally set of 05 pcs for the engine foundations but in Pakistan there are hardly any charade which have 5th foundation left because the mechanics and silencer wala take them out because they think its useless where as the fifth piece supports the engine in such a way that it does not let the silencer break continuously near manifold.

This kind of bracing was done on my uncle's khyber which he kept for a short time and sold it. The problem we faced with that khyber was that it had rusting in the lower part of the body, and every now and then some new sound started coming from the front lower end ("agla hissa" as per term of local denters) and we would need to go and get some welding done or piece patched. Then the denter recommended us to install this jugaad support from "mukki to mukki" , which we got done. This for sure reduced the alignment troubles we were facing, but the non engineered design of this bar had to be modified through trial and errors.

Ustaads delicate manicured hands dont like to work, so the car becomes a minimum collection of parts and when nothing else remains.

Fail hai bhai, komnee fault.

Rest is done by tesht lemp ustads and the final nail in coffin is from owners drowing their cars at "sarviss teyshunn" due to "dada ki vegzall syndrome"

no xperience with CNG

What could be possible reason for car not going above 110 even if you floor the accelerator to the max. On CNG max speed attain is 100-105 whereas on petrol goes like 110-115 max.
The engine is like perfect water dropping. Engine was built up like 2 years ago.
This is not a new issue. It is from the day first.

Usually, mechanics decrease the fuel supply to the vehicle so that people can attain maximum fuel average, this is what causes the top speed to be restricted

The main reason is the fuel setting to get max average, but sometimes in suzuki carby vehicles the accelerator cable is set loose. Thus while your pedal is floored, even then the throttle is not on max.
