salam,main 1st time car le raha hon,4 lac budget main gari leni hai,mujhe yeh bataen keh suzuki khyber loon ya koi aur? suzuki khyber ke plus point aur negative point kia hain? thanks

2004 alto and cuore is better as these are younger car then khyber .. and khyber is hard to find now in good condition

ive had khyber and cuore ... if you need cheap parts and low maintainence car go for khyber and its drive is and is specious but if you want to go for good drive go for cuore drive wise very good then khyber kharcha bhi ziada nahi daite lekin parts mahange hai aur gari bohat choti ha .

khyber is awesome! just look for a khyber in pristine condition! i m sure in 4 lacs ull be able to find a clean car! best of luck!

I do like khyber (and i did keep one) but i hate the noisy dashboard... just like mehran... i had to avoid bumpy roads and rough surfaces every time i was out on the road...
Economy is like 20 to 21 km per Kg of CNG (without AC) which is 2 to 3km less than what i get with a santro plus now... Parts of khyber are cheaper.. but sinces the quality of these parts is questionable, you have to change them more frequently...
Khyber is quite heavy bodied which gives you good control and breaking...
It has more than decent acceleration but lacks the top speed....

People might disagree .. but this is how it went with me...

Khyber is far better than the other cars you mentioned in your post. The road grip, the pick and acceleration, braking, CNG compatibility, far better build quality etc etc. But the problem is that nowadays it is not easy to find a Khyber in good condition. It was discontinued in year 2000.

Khyber is simply the best in terms of fuel economy, reliabilty and comfort. I am the first owner of 1999 Model but now am selling it just bcoz i need a big car.

i must say khyber... its not ke i am also a proud owner of it but for personal suggestions for khyber its the car for a man ..yup ..coure is for girls i think.. but when you are sitting in khyber the big front... long dash and a really wide body makes you feel that you have power...EVEN 1000 CC IS DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE ON ROAD....AND ITS CHEAP THOUGH

Yes no doubt Khyber is very good, however you will have to change parts frequently, although parts are cheaper but labour -
If your roads are good then no problem, but if you have to drive often on bad roads then you will have to go to workshops every month or two.

khyber vs alto ? yaar yahan mere erea main road itne achhey nahin hain, main city se thora door hon, 2 km kacha road hai aur paka road bhi kahin kahin per theek nahin hai. but i dont like mehran.

its one of the best cars, fuel economy and ve a v good acceleration as well.

but not good for broken roads or speed breakers.

Khyber is by far the best car to buy in sub 4Lakh Rs budget

it is better than Mehran by a very large margin and its shape is also pretty sober

Khyber has low ground clearance, so forget about it since you mentioned the road conditions. It's an awesome car but for good roads.

Alto is the best in it's class for rugged roads. It's higher than Khyber, will be newer and the AC is better. On the other hand you'll need to learn ayat al Kursi because it stops only when it wants to.
