yar from haripur. but i am fed up with mechanics there. i usually visit rawalpindi. suggest me any mechanic. I have decided , i will never do any work of my car from these mechanics,

in pindi i have no idea..but if u can manage up to islamabad

2 mechanics 1 works at Maxtorque ramzan..who also works on my car and second rizwan behind Holiday inn in G-7

both know things very well specially khyber

i want to do a compression test for my khyber as it is reducing oil.......so before jumping on rings etc i want to do the compression test to judge the problem.......anyone knowing where can i get it and how much that particular mechanic cost???

last time i did CR test we had the tester..let me confirm from mechanic tomm..morning..if he has go there he will do it..wont charge you

it is to perform in systematic manner.......before coming to an solution that rings are weak or head valves are problematic.......
this test gives hints where problem lies

I know some denters and mechanics in the National market area.
But I was not satisfied by their work quality.

The front left door panel of my car has been de-shaped and needs to be replaced.
I think that it got wet during wash and the moisture damaged it.
Should I get that one panel custom made or should I buy a new set of all 4 door panels?
I read in some thread that custom made door panels are not a good option?

Its Oil check light comes on when idling. The moment some accelerator is pressed its gone. WHat could be the reason>?

There is no oil reduction or smoke of any kind!

check the oil bi.....khe oil he kam na ho....LOL
my question when the car is idling u press the paddle car start to stall and remove foot again lives back
if so
if the car is on cng then car is not getting enough cng from kit so better check the kit
if on petrol then one of the petrol jet is plagued....

Finally!!! managed to find one piece in lahore at Bilal gunj.Searched every single shop there and found only one piece .About its price its top secret :).finding it is i guess one of the most toughest tasks

Check the oil level.
It is low.
When you rev the engine the oil circulates in the engine thus the light goes off.
During idle the rpm drops and so does the oil level and thus the light turns on.
Examine the oil level in the morning at cold engine with the car standing at a leveled place.
If its low then top it up to the marked level on the dip stick.
Do check the functioning of your oil pump too.
