i have overhauled the engine of my khyber 6 months ago. total cost was 30 thousand. it includes each and every thing. boring labour parts travelling etc. 75 size pistion is used. i have completed the running on CNG only. and its better not to use AC.

yar running main engine pa ziada load nehi dalna hota. i mean engine light rahay or warm na ho. thats why u cant use AC while running period. and 75 piston pay feel hota ha k gari zyada powerful hoi ha but that may be because engine new ho gya ha.
jab running complete ho jay tu oil change karna and tunning bi karwana

Hello Forum...I need suggestion from expert of Khybers...i own 2000 Model Khyber its an awsum ride...Mine one is exceptional as its Mashallah in Original PAint Inside and outside...i feel that sound of Engine is a bit noisy as it was not when i bought it...I dont find the Drive Smooth...Please help me as its one of the main reason of my sleepless nights...I am residing in Rawalpindi so please advise about some body locally..Thanks in Advance

Hi m also the proud owner of khyber '98, bought it 2nd hand at 10k dont know thy but my father changed the engine rings at such low mileage. CNG'd it at 25 k and running behtreen since. its at 46250 till now.gr8 car wid gr8 pickup. now and then "PHAANDA" b mara ha is pr and MASHALLAH even gives quiet a challange even to auto tranny 1.0 vitz's.it's a perfect car mechenicaly needs a little body work that i dont get done cuz of my laziness and leave the way it is so "NAZAR NA LAGE" to a perfect ride.gives 210-225 km on cng. 14-15kmpl on petrol.and a suggestion is needed that k iski braking performance kum ho gyi ha since this year my dad got the brake shoes changed pr wo performance ni mili is liye aik question ha k kya rear drums ka foot brake padal se koi connection hota ha kyun k i think k brakepads change krwane ki zroorat ha pr papa kehte hn k as long they are not giving screeching noise itx not needed so tell me YOUR OPINION k pads change krwa ln or should i wait for SCREECHES or "grinding noise" https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/images/smilies/smiley-wink.gif

yes it works perfect...and it is used in this car.......have seen few meters..but now u have to find... from peshawar or sultan ka khu (rawalpindi)

Count me in bro's. I had a 95 khyber. Repainted from outside without ac. It was not in that good condition then i replaced it with a 99 khyber. Genuine Condition, Not repainted with ac (working better then Mehran) & MashAllah I'am getting average around 110-120 Km per cylinder with ac which is quite an impressive average on my behalf. I'am simply lovin' it
