I always refuel my Khyber to top level so that I can check the exact average.
Its giving me 12 to 12.5 Km/L in city. I use Havoline 20W50.

Which coolant should i use?earlier i was using zic coolant .yesterday i had to change the lower hose pipe of the car as it was cracked n leaking water ..so all the coolent has been drained due to it ...so tell me which coolant should i used ..should i go for zic coolant or something else ..

I use Guard coolant and I am pretty much satisfied with it.
01 liter packing cost around Rs. 225/-
You will need two liters as it is concentrated and you will have to dilute it with water in 50-50 percentage.
But buy it from some authorized shop.

Zic is pre diluted ..any idea abt its price ?

And if you plan to go for any coolant other than ZIC, flush your cooling system properly to prevent mixing of new and old coolant. Different coolants comes with different formulas.

Yes, you can carry on with ZIC if you are satisfied.
For flushing, drain the radiator and remove the thermostat valve and use your garden hose to remove all the coolant in lines.
Thermostat valve is a barrier for coolant between engine and radiator. So if you just drain the radiator, the coolant in the engine lines will still be there.
