Suzuki Liana 1.6 AT 2010 engine misfire and poor fuel economy

Hello PWs, my Suzuki Liana eminent is suffering from two issues.
1. Poor fuel economy, 6 km/l in city w/o AC.
2. Engine misfire (blinking check engine light), observed occasionally when accelerator is pressed.

Coils have been replaced recently. Engine power seems adequate. No permanent engine check light. I have a scanner with me and have taken screenshots of sensor data with me. I am hoping if anybody among you has the same car and scanner then I can compare the data and resolve the issue despite spending money in waste by relying on the market mechanics
Can anyone help me in this regard?

Check oxygen sensor if it's gone faulty.
Service the fuel injectors.
Check the gap of spark plugs.

Tuning has been done recently. Oxygen sensor has been replaced too. Will check the fuel injectors today.

Check the spark plugs gap as well.
Do another thing. Whenever misfire happens, don't switch off the car. Get under the car and hit the fuel tank thrice with a paana, don't hit too hard or too soft. Also hit the fuel pump area thrice. See if the missing is gone or not

I am thinking of possible problematic modules. In my opinion there are three potential candidates for poor fuel economy
1. Leaking fuel injectors. Sometimes I smell fuel inside the car. Engine is running rich all the time as displayed by the -ve fuel trims in sensor data. So it means that oxygen sensor is sensing unburnt fuel and ECM is commanding injectors to inject less fuel but injectors are failing to do so.
2. Bad IAC valve or TP sensor. Sometimes idle rpms do fluctuate.
3. Clogged Catalytic converter. I have used 660cc before so I have no idea if the power is adequate. So might be it is colgged.
And for misfire, I have narrowed down the following
1. Clogged Catalytic convertor
2. Leaky fuel injectors
3. Faulty fuel pump. It has been checked and the pressure was as per the manual specifications
4. Bad IAC valve or TP sensor.
5. Bad MAP sensor.
Am I diagnosing in right direction. Comments and suggestions pl

Spark plugs gap was checked during tuning.
Engine misfires occasionally but every time it happens accelerator was pressed. In this situation rpms fluctuate and engine shuts off. I hardly get a chance to troubleshoot.

You are in right direction. I would further narrow down the diagnosis in order of preference.

1) Leaky or clogged fuel injectors. Service them. Sonic service instead of pouring injector cleaner in fuel tank.

2) MAP Sensor needs cleaning. Service it with contact cleaner. Disconnect battery terminals before disconnecting the MAP Sensor for cleaning.

3) TPS Sensor. Service it.

These three steps should be sufficient for rectifying this problem and also for good performance of engine.

I am ignoring the clogged catalyic convertor. That can't be culprit for the specific problem you've mentioned.

Throttle position sensor has been checked

NO, sir you will be needing plenty of items to replace specially the wiring harness & the throttle sensors & throttle body cable drive

Actually my Liana had built-in 1586cc M16A engine originally. But it was changed to M15A (Japanese imported) complete engine with atumatic gearbox and allied sensors. Wiring and ecu are not changed. I was wondering if the local ecu is compatible with Japanese versio?
I am not having any kind of engine check light or sensor error at the moment.
