Suzuki liana 4 wheel disc brake system

Dear pakwheelers and liana owners, this post is for all the enthusiasts out there.

Just done with the rear brake upgrade from drum system to disc brake system on my 1.8 L liana eminent.

Alhamdulilah loving the brake response now.

I'm attaching some photos to show you the work done.

O bhai yeh abs variant hai, iska sab kuch accordingly hai.
Ispe sab bolt on hai.

Jo simple variants hain unpe yeh sab kaam karne partay hain. @Hassan1991

And hassan i know what your point is bro, i tested for that right away but it was already the one used in disc variants. Because brake engaging is very smooth. And feels like front wheels are getting more pressure as it's used to be and rear wheels are getting the pressure that's required by them. On corners braking is quite impressive and no off balancing.

That's great congrats.
Usually people don't change the valves and even don't know about the valves. All they ended up in locking the wheels either front or rear. And in some cases master cylinder needs to be changed.

They just install rear disc now what happens is drum needs less pressure to lock...discs needs more , when one press the brakes front wheels start locking because rear's are not getting the reauired pressure to lock. And a unbalanced setup is very dangerous. I know you know already just writing it so the other people reading this thread get to know

Yes hassan bhai, the moment you wrote i got your point that disc is a self destroying setup if not installed with care and Knowledge.

Abs cars usually don't need this as you know.

Now im going to install it on my Nissan b14.
Bought the setup.
Suggest me what to do, since it's not a abs variant?
Should i install it and dry run it by testing it and if the rear disc brakes are locking up faster than front then I'll look in to the pressure divider.

Plus if front wheels are supplied with more pressure and rear with lesser it would work like a charm. The only issue is the rear disc brakes shouldn't get more pressure because it will spin the car badly.

Plus master cylinder is in good shape, as i changed it like two months ago.
The response is right on feather.
If you don't have response while feathering the brakes, it means you've a weak master cylinder.

Bhai as you know i'm not into nissians much. So first tell me the disc you going to get is stock or not? Does it originally came with 4 wheels disc and i think it is. It become easy if car is originally came with 4 wheels disc.
Just get it's proportional valve , rear hubs and hand brake system.( There's different brakes combination came in same car)
If it not then install bigger disc in front. Means you increasing both front and rear pressure requirement by keeping valve same. It will distribute same pressure but now front also need more pressure so chances of getting front lock decreases.
You can also try valve of car having same weight and disc sizes.

Firstly it came with four wheel disc.
And proportional valve used is same.
Moreover what they've done is.
Front rotor is bigger and ventilated.
And rear one is not ventilated.
Plus in b14 you never face the issue of wheel slipping since it has impressive braking system.

So Will be putting it soon and would let you know.

The one with 4 wheel disc have different proportional valve.

Yes in all wheel disc cars front ones are vented and rear ones are solid talking about small scale sedans. Size can be different like rear one can be greater in diameter but it will be thinner then front or the calipers would be small. That's because it's JDM
