Suzuki Liana Jerking Issue

I have Suzuki Liana 2006 Rxi Model. The problem with my car is whenever I slowly accelerate my car with light foot, my car gets jerking between speed of 30-60. It works fine when I drive it with heavy foot. It jerks on light foot so I have to accelerate my car with heavy foot in order to stop getting jerks. But when it gains speed above 60 or 70, then it accelerates fine even on light foot. What is this issue? Can anyone guide me. Note that my engine is not weak and the car is also properly tuned so this isn't missing issue I guess so.

There may be other issue but mostly it is due to faulty TP sensor.

I have just installed a new TP sensor but the problem still persists.

Your accelerator cable may be problematic or fuel injector may be clogged etc etc

Check Plugs or coils.

Have recently tuned, clean all injectors and sensors

Plugs are fine, coils I haven't checked but someone says that it's a problem in the gear.
