Hope you doing well. I am planning to get air conditioner for my car which i just bought like 2 days before model 1990 mehran. Will it work in my car? Please advise

yes u can but make sure u buy new one so it will cool efficently and put minimum load on mehran as its engine is already weak
2ndly insulate your car like change roof cloth to the vxr one this also affects cooling
