I have a 30 year old Suzuki that's similar to yours, and perhaps even slightly more complicated electrically. It starts instantly and drives just fine, all problems are age-related. The Mehran is a box with an engine and wheels and should not be causing you all this trouble. The fuel pump, relays, and wiring are not difficult problems to solve, and 50km is a trivial travel distance.
I've been through your post history, and I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with this car. Honestly, there are so few systems on the car that it should be nothing less than dead reliable even when worked on by "mechanics" with a persistent drool. Your car should:
- have a consistently working fuel gauge
- have working AC
- have flawless brakes and steering
- start reliably and consistently in any weather, all conditions
- have all functioning electrics
- travel long distances with zero issues and zero overheating.
