Because if people will put serpentine condensers and R143a in their system and have no fan for condenser and put compressor near the firewall then a brand new Mehran will overheat. Xulfiqar recommends swaping the alternator and compressor in Mehran, which will bring compressor near the grill and put alternator at the back near firewall. Then you need to have a multiflow condenser and evaporator and put a fan on the condenser as well. Put the largest possible condenser in the car and put a fast fan on it. Also charge the system by pressure/temperature chart and get the recommended PSI high and low line for the ambient temperature. Also pull vacuum before you charge the system. Don't use air to leak test it because that will kill the dryer.
