Suzuki Mehran car insulation

I'm going to try and insulate my 2005 Suzuki Mehran VXR using carpet foam I have read different threads about car insulation so I thought why not do it myself at home I have done research and have measured the car's dimensions , I am thinking of doing the floor, roof, doors and trunk most people say that all the ac cooling in Mehran is mostly lost through the doors.
Below are some measurements I have taken:
Full car insulation = 40sqft.
Floors :
Front = 32x28 (x2)
Rear = 26x18 (x2)

Roof = 50x30

Trunk door = 30x9

All the measurements are in inches and are given as (length x width)
Still have to measure the doors, will attach pictures when I begin my work .
The foam I chose is of 10 mm thickness which is available at Rs .20/sqft. From carpet shops.
Going to stick the foam using samad bond or
elephant bond.

Washed the floors and roof with surf water and scrubbed the dirt off

Sorry for the delay my other car (coure) was hit pretty bad from the left side so I ended up focusing on that.
Anyways

I was surprised to see that the doors were full of mud and today I learned that a Mehran has 3 water drains in the door two of which were blocked on mine.
Cleaned the doors with some detergent water and cleaned all the mud waiting for doors to dry so that I can insulate them.

please also cover the holes on sides with duct tape to damp sounds and vibrations.

Make sure to put back the floor drain rubbers. clean them and stick them back with some samad bond so they will remain fix for longer time and will not come off easily.

please use some antirust paint inside the doors and apply some cavity wax.

before installing the door cards, put the plastic vapour barrier.

Thanks for your suggestions I have stuck the floor rubbers with samad bond and I have waxed the doors where I saw rust.
When I bought my car there were no plastic vapour barriers what should I do for that

easiest way is to buy plastic which is used by stationers to make covers of books and copies. there are shop keepers who have rolls of plastic having different micron(thickness).

buy one which is normal, not so thin and not so thick, and seal the doors.

Bhai, what is the result of your experiment?
How much it cost for your total project?

Did it really work and lessen the sound? How much 20% or 50% or more?

The results are pretty good the heat from the floor has been reduced and noise reduction is definitely an advantage I would say around 30% reduction, I have noticed the other small noises of the interior have been reduced.
The total cost for me was Rs.1250 including material ,glue and cutter.

yes bilkul faraq perta hai. compare it while sitting in another car without insulation. u will feel the difference.

just like i had installed the right side vent, although it give not a heavy air blow but when i sit in my friends car of same model, i feel my right side getting hot.
