Suzuki Mehran Cng 2008 heatin on A/c

Suzuki Mehran 2008 ( Cng ) a/c after market denso .

last summer in july i was gettin problems with the car a/c performance , there was a very little cooling in day time and the temperature guage was touching red zone ,
Mechanic checked the A/c and confirmed there is NO problems with installation and gas pressure is also okay .

this year before summer i thought if i ask you people and share your experience regarding this problem if any one got a solution for this overheating problem .

Some one told me to install a powerful fan and 3 way Radiator , will that be any helpful ? also tell me the best Mechanic in rawalpindi/islamabad for this purpose.

well first of all get the engine of your car checked. make sure the head gasket is fine and the radiator is clean. a lot of my friends have mehrans with aftermarket a/c's but they don't overheat.

if the engine is fine carefully examine that when you swithch teh a/c on the speed of the radiator fan increases or not. there is a relay installed with most units, make sure its working fine. the speed of mehran's radiator fan is good and i don't think that installing a bigger one will help.

if still the problem remains then you can go for a radiator change.
is your a/c unit aftermarket or company fitted. the company fitted ones are nown to heat the car.

oops i just read that you have an after market denso a/c. in that case the heating problem is even more strange. get your fan's speed checked along with the relay i mentioned earlier.

Headgaskit and engine is perfect , only 19000kms done since 2008.

yes radiator fans switch on whith a/c button , relay is also installed.

a/c unit is aftermarket ( denso brand )

what kinda radiator change you recommend

well if the radiator change is inevitable go for a dual channel/double nali radiator. not more than that as more the number of channels, more the amount of water the water body will have to circulate.
have you checked your compressor because at times the compressor takes load and causes the car to heat up.

Hmmm............... i got ur point.

When my car was new the temperature gauge was on quarter. but in last year it tough to half without ac, at ac it move little bit more. Mechanic fixes it (near to fix).<o:p></o:p>
Change the AC valve.<o:p></o:p>
Ac light Gas.<o:p></o:p>
Uninstall thermostat valve.<o:p></o:p>

But now i feel this is not the solution. i investigate this problem.<o:p></o:p>

1st i clean the radiator (but problem remain same half gauge without ac in February).<o:p></o:p>
Use the coolant.<o:p></o:p>
install the thermostat valve (bqz it maintain the car temperature, if ur car is cool then it will vibrate and will not run smooth, 2nd when water will hot and valve will open(at 85C) the radiator will cool properly).<o:p></o:p>
At the end which is more important adjustment the temperature gauges. Actually temperature gauge is made from coil, and coil become weak as time pass. When coil become weak it shows more movement. so i adjust it (i am not explaining this bqz it is required some technical), at ur end need to be change.

i am also experiencing the same problem with my Mehran. But it was only get hot when i switch on the A/C. The mechanic said ok there is a problem with your A/c. I have then get it checked it from the Punjab Car A/C in lahore, he said that your car engine is ok, your condensor should be changed and the trip switch should be replaced.

What type of condensor is your car having? what are refrigerant pressures low and high both?
