Two boys lost their lives while trying to drift at 120 kph on 7th Avenue in their Suzuki Mehran. The car hit a pole and split in two.

Two teenagers were killed and another two injured in a road accident on 7th Avenue on Sunday.The accident was so severe that the vehicle split into two.
Duty Officer, Aabpara police station, Tahir Niazi, told Dawn that the boys, two of whom were brothers, lived on the same street in F-6/1. ?According to initial information, the vehicle was being driven rashly. Strong wind was also a factor which led to the accident,? Mr Niazi said.
?The boys were going towards Garden Avenue. When they crossed the Blue Area bridge, the car was exposed to strong wind as a result of which it went out of control, and after overturning, hit a pole,? he said.
Zain and Mohammad bin Shahzad died on the spot, while Zain?s brother Aafaq and another youngster Waleed were seriously injured.
Police and people of the area shifted the dead and injured to Polyclinic. Later the bodies were handed over to the relatives while the injured are being treated in the hospital.
