Does this cylinder block head need replacement or surfacing will be enough? Suggestions please!!
that head is messed up, best get a new one rather than attempting to weld this one.

Better get a new one brother, your money will be wasted if you tried repairing this one. if repaired it will give you problems after a short period of time

You can get new head @ 5300/- the chinies one, original kabuli is quite expensive............so go for new. if u get repaire this one, You have to spend 3000...........so best is go for new
