Suzuki mehran euro 2 f1 fuse blowing on pressing the clutch pedal

I have Suzuki Mehran Euro 2 2013 model.
From last two months I am facing a problem that whenever I press the clutch pedal in the cars F1 fuse blows. Upon starting the car the car won't start and I have to replace the new fuse.

The car won't make any problem while standing in neutral and never have any problem but as soon as I am depressing the clutch the fuse gets blows with a voice of click and after that the car is not starting I have to change the fuse again and again when I start the car it starts but as soon as depress the clutch the fuse blows again.

There is a wiring harness running almost exactly where the clutch hits when pressed, I'd look at that area and confirm if its physically shorting something when pressed.
