Suzuki Mehran got heat up and now giving white smoke, water in radiator got finished from office to home 15 km distance. Please advice the problem.

Thats terrible.
Car's head gaskit is blown. You Will have to replace that. Try not to drive ur car at all and tow it to mechanic.
Two years back my JDM honda life had exact same problem. Stupid me, tried to fill in water again and again and drive it. Her engine was blown and had to replace engine assembly. I highly recommend u to tow it to mechanic. Do NOT drive it after just filling water or u may damage engine.

Can the mechanic do this work at home in garage, since you saying not to start it and tow it.

Yes. Replacing a Mehran's gaskit should be easy for any good mechanic. Talk to ur mechanic and he may agree to do it at ur doorstep.
