Suzuki Mehran ignition Timing on petrol

Just came back from Suzuki texila motors after routine checkup and Oil change for my 2012 model carb mehran.
i have following queries ..
1) mechanic at Suzuki motors changed timing from point 21 to 5 no .(don't know what that number means). As i am uninstalling CNG from car. and he said now fuel consumption will increase. how?? while i am getting 20km/L avg mileage on motorway when timing was at 21. how these numbers are defined..
2) what is the price of timing belt in local for suzuki mehran.? my car is already 81K Km driven.
3) suzuki gives me break pads for Rupees 2934 . how much it costs in local?

Silicon 8mm wires
Raizin voltage stabilizer
81000 Km driven. timing belt not changed yet..

put original wires back on, he retarded the timing so the car doesn't knock on petrol

what you feel after installing stabilizer in your car, and are you using 8mm for grounding?? suzuki recommend timing on 7 num.

Suzuki guys did timing of my car to 5.. and voltage stabilizer is very good indeed.. improve audio quality and other electronics parts.. like bright head lights and increased fan speed.. yes grounding as well ... 8mm wires are for spark plugs..
and above all its improve mileage of my car from 18 km/L to 20 Km/L..
