Suzuki Mehran: Inner Fan Fuse Issue

Hello

I am facing one issue in my Suzuki Mehran. Inner Fan (Blore) stop working after continuously running about 1 hour. What I do is replace the related fuse in fuse box. this fixed the issue temporarily. Currently i am using 20A for this (one auto electrician gave me this capacity switch for inner fan).

I need expert opinion that why the fuse get burn after few time. hardly 2 or 3 days.

rather than changing the fuse...why not put attention to whats causing the fuse to go out....its fan issue so max problem would be with the motor which is a very small chance or it must be the wiring going to it gettting short and this has the high chance

What is the recommended fuse for Blore? is 20 A ?

20 Amp is the specified fuse for blower motor. Usually,there are two common reasons for blown out the fuse,

1. It would be drawing too much current.
2. Problem with resistor block.

Also check the ground wire for proper connection because a good ground is required to complete the circuit.

Thank you soo much (moshan87) u made my problem easy.. Actually I m facing the same fuse heatup issue on my Mehran 1992. Now I understand. Actually my car's inner fan was already dead when I purchased this used car. I go to auto electrician, he fixed the issue from fan lever button but it creates a noise as it is fan motor issue, then I said to him it's better to stop it again, so he cut one wire of blore/fan. From that day this 20A fuse heatup or blown/plastic melts.

Bro auto electrician keh rha hai service nhi hogi change hogi q k motor jal chuki hai.. mene kaha rehne do phir AC b to nhi hai car me kia zarorat hai.. alag se fan laga lunga.. but fuse heatup q ho rha hai smjh nhi arha.. zada heatup hojata hai to car start b nhi hoti or accelerator cable b jam hojati hai garam ho k.. ajeeb problm face kr rha hun yr..

Allah ka shukar hy.. My problem is solved. Battery ka nutral wire me loosing thi.. Ab fuse b heatup ni ho rha..
