yes led panels can be fit in cultus lights too. You have to give the lights opened and we will fit the led panels. if you give your own lights it will cost you 2000 to 2300 for the lights depending upon design and number of led lights. Price for led bulbs for dim lights cost 250/- a pair and it comes with 4 weeks warranty, if any problem comes in it just return the non working led bulb and get the new one, and yes for speedometer we modifiy speedometer with led lights but depends on speedometer design and model of car
