Suzuki Mehran Speedometer problem

Salam. I have suzuki mehran. the needle of speed vibrates till 60 and above 60 it smooths down. i replaced the meter and bought new speedometer from pak suzuki showroom. it is again having the same vibration problem but the vibration of needle in the new meter is a little less but still noticeable. i want to ask whether it is speedometer problem or speed wire?

Seems, problem is not in the meter but in the speedometer gararri.
The meter wire is connected in the Engine premises and at the end of wire “Speedometer Gararri” is attached. We cannot see it because its inside.
Need to have it checked or replace. Its not very expensive and neither and changing process. Hardly 5 min.

what would i tell the mechanic to replace? where would i get the speedometer garrari? is it built in speedometer or is in the speedometer wire?
