vx is a non ac mehran.
vxr is AC mehran with colored bumpers.
efi is electronic fuel injection,
euro 2 is emissions standard.
mehran euro 2 came about 2012 with efi engine

all euro2 mehrans have efi engine, unless someone stuck a fake badge
