Suzuki Mehran VXR Jerks problem on low gears and on lower Rpms

Hello everyone .. my mehran is 5000kms done I have problem that my car have severe jerks problem in low gears.i am very disturbed by this..especially in hot conditions with ac on this problem usually accurs.i noticed this problem with many people...suzuki people say to open fuel tank to release gas..but this not worked...and also some say to remove durt from fuel tank exaust..experts please help

There is only solution of this problem,Get the engine properly tuned by any skilled mechanic.

Check the plug wires and coil for arcing
