Suzuki New Cultus gear shifting problem

Hi Everyone, I have a new cultus model. the problem i face is its gear shifting to 1st gear from high speed. like i am driving at 50km/h and needs to slow down to take a turn or traffic signal, then i need to change the gear to 1st gear. by doing so it creates problem and gear gets really hard to change. I had to try several times and the gear changes only when the car comes to nearly complete halt. this problem happens only to 1st gear from some speed whereas gear shifts so smoothly on standing position. i have tried some other cultus and observed same problem. anyone facing same problem or any recommended solution, please?

Read the car manual TWICE.
You are operating it in completely wrong manner which will result in failure of transmission

first gear of most cars in the world of manual trannys are for moving the car when stationary, you can not put in 1st gear on a moving car specially at speeds of 50 km/h. first gear can only be used when you completely come to halt. you are going to soon blow up your gear box....

please have proper training session of driving followed by driving test of traffic police and obtain driving licence so you know how car operates.

Only engage 1st gear if the speed becomes less than 20km/h while approaching a traffic signal, a T junction or a U turn.

Engaging 1st gear at higher speed will result in a hard shift in any car.

No, you are also wrong. Most of the cars would give a jerk with sudden reduction in speed if 1st gear is applied at 20 kmph. 2nd gear is applied at 20 kmph after deceleration.

Your decision to shift into 1st gear in order to slow the car from 50Kmph is WRONG. Never do that to any car. Doing so will ruin your brand new car's transmission prematurely and it will not even be covered under warranty since the company won't find any defect and will infact find signs of abuse.
It is my humble suggestion that you get some driving lessons from some good instructor to clear concepts regarding driving a motor car.

Bhai ap jesoun ke liye automatic variant nikala ha na suzuki ne. Kio faltu mein experiment kr rhe hain jb chalana nhi ata. Abhi apni manual bhench kr AGS lein. Ap ke liye bhi behtr hoga aur gadi ke liye bhi.

My cultus 2017 is also having gear shifting issue in 1st gear , gear don't shift in 1st gear till it completely stops. it has no issues when standing position however i have noticed that after running the car about 15-20 minutes it shifts in 1st gear. I went to suzuki for the issue however they said its ok
