Hello Guys
i am a 4*4 lover . I used to have a friend with a zuki ( SJ410 ) back in university days in 1999 and had good momories with that. so i wanted to own a zuki whenever i can get a chance but got so much caught up in practical life that it took almost 19 years to finally spare some time to fulfill the dream. because now the Suzuki has discontinued it SJ410/Potohar in Pakistan I decided to do a 4*4 restoration project on a zuki. @noman8ff and @shahbaba007 served as a good motivation . so after a long thought decided to go with a suzuki Potohar.
so i have bought a Potohar 2004 i will first restore it to stock and then will do some upgrades like engine and tranny swap etc.
I request all the Pakwheels community to provide me valuable comments and suggestions during the process.

Engine swapped with 1.3 liter Jimny wide
also transmission is swapped with Sierra 16 Valve 5 Speed

Dashboard is swapped with Sierra 8 valve

There has been some other mechanical updates as well like 4*4 gear, drive line and differentials are also swapped with Sierra 16 Valve.

Love your restoration.
I have a a potohar as well 94 model
its body is all rusted from the edges, Engine is just ok and there is No AC, requires tire change as well.
Just to start I need to do complete dent and paint.
Can you share the breakdown how much it cost you ?

the prices of parts are gone through the roof now a days and availibility is also hard. so you need to plan very carefully
that what kind of restoration u want and how far u will go.

bhai it cost me little over 1.2 Million . not everyone can spend that much on potohar but i really love to go all the way.
Body restoration cost me around 100000.
engine with wiring 90000
transmission 50000
4*4 32000
differentials 11/41 ratio 50000
Suspension 40000
Miscellaneous like Radiator , Japanese's headlights, mirrors. Dash Board, Boaster Brake , Exaust System etc 100000
tires and rims 80000
and labour that i have no idea about.
i just went in too much detail.

@k_malik5 bro plz update us how the machine is running ? how is its performance on highway and on off road ? what fuel average is it giving ?
