Suzuki potohar SJ410 1000cc carburator engine fuel consumption issue

Hi i recently bought a potohar sj410 with stock 1000cc engine and i will keep using this engine for a while until i dont finally plan to switch to 1300cc.
The issue is that the current engine is consuming too much fuel i recently have changed the tyres from stock ones to 215/70/15 but thats not the case as well because the fuel consumption was the same then and now. Recently had the carburator serviced and changed oil and filters kindly guide me how can i get maximum milage from this particular engine?

Is fan auto?
Thermostat working and installed?where does heat gauge stay while driving?
Grade of oil?
Have u check brakes they might be dragging the wheels?
Change spark plugs
What average r u getting and what's ur driving style?

Known issue of this engine, heavy on petrol but awesome avg on CNG. It's the same engine installed in alto old shape. You can consult alto thread for further tips.

Alto mileage is same as prado. While potohar would even has less.

Yes the fan is auto!
Thermostat is working and heat guage stays normal
The breaks are working fine not dragging at all!
Spark plugs i will get them checked asap!
And average i am getting is around 8-9 km/L
And i drive on light foot

I have potohar 94, stock 1000cc engine without AC
It gives me 9-10 km/L
