Pakistan is one of those unfortunate coutries , where nothing can be said with conformation , throughout the globe , after the budget people prepare their business strategies for the coming year , with the peace of mind that the current laws , taxes , would be in force for this year.
Here , u do not know when government imposes a ban or lifts a ban , increase or decrease taxes at any given time of the year. Business is totally unpredictable.
if we consider the key points proposed in the budget 2009 , for the auto market only. the factors are.....
decrease of interest rates ( already down by 1% further 1.5% is proposed)
tax relief is expected from the government to the automakers, at least 5% is proposed.
depreciation on duty is proposed to be back to 2% .to create healthy competetion among prices and quality.
when the final budget comes , more or less everything is affected ,
regarding suzuki ,
they are all set to bring their market down by themselves.
all you have to do is to wait for TRUE LIFE TO LAUNCH.
as they are the buyers this time for used car , they would definitely lower the prices further , buy cars , recondition them and then sell off.
suzuki is definitely coming down , not by force , but by their own happy will , as they would be making profit the other way round.
