Suzuki Scheduled Maintainance

Till now my Cultus's Schedule Maintainance is done at Suzuki Showroom. The same has been used 35000 KM. In my view irrrespective of the need they change part. My cooling Coil was changed but when the pics were shared, it was commented that thr same only need service.

Today again they changed the Brake Pads saying that the same can not be used.

Were the same needs to be changed?

I requested them for Radiator Service which I think they havr not done. For coolent change I gave them 5L FUCHS coolent but they denied to fill that by saying that the same can not be used in Suzuki Cars as they clogged.

Can anyone guide me regarding any good Service service Center in karachi or any good Mechanic / Service Shoo from where I can do my regular scheduled Maintainance

Change your dealership. Suzuki dealership never give such arguments.

I am maintaining my car from dealership and they never resisted when I give them any other brand oil, coolant or lube to change with that.

But yes for parts I always use genuine Suzuki from dealership.

Cooling coil was changed by Carachi Motors. Today I sent Car to Suzuki South. They changed Brake Padd and refused to use FUCHS Coolant

Dealerships are bound to change/replace a certain part at certain kilometers regardless of the condition of the part. This makes them 1: Sell their parts more. 2: Gain more profits. 3: Longevity of the vehicle as they change new part even before there's a need.

Every dealership does the same. They go by 10, 20, 30, 40 and so on thousands km services and hence change/replace parts per their manual regardless of the condition.
