@nnabeel, @brownrose78 there is little theory at my end. Actually I wanted to preserve it as possible as I can. My original plan is to put this bike in hybernation and might be restoring after some years or may be my son, sort of classic look of this bike which will be a rare appearance on the roads.
Due to lac of 'genuine' parts availability or if they are available, seller is asking un-realistic prices, keeping this bike in shape as daily runner is becoming difficult and difficult. I know there are Chinese aftermarket spare parts but they are of no use as I have been using complete geninue stuff till date.
This bike has covered 3.5 lacs kilometers with engine is still sealed (weight noise has just started, but minor at this momemnt). Head has its company fitted roker arms, cam, valve lifter and other stuff except valves. Its quite surprising the cam and rokers are still shine as new even so many kilometer of running.
Anyways, I am thinking about two options either put this bike in hybernation and buy a new one. Second option, replace its engine and continue to use it. I am replacing because I want to preserve its engine from further damage and will simply awake it from hybernation after some years as I mentioned. Its new head costs around 30K, cam 21K and complete cam+sprocket with valve lifter costs around 24K.
On my shelf, I have mudguards, complete lock/switch kit, indicators, cables, genuine air filter, genuine clutch plates and pressure plates and back light.
Why I wanted to do all this...
This bike is till superseding any bike in our current local market. I have seen this bike as the most practical, high performance, high efficiency, very low maintanance. 3.5 lacs km engine is still intact, 65 - 70lit/kms, super smooth with good top speed, very less vibrations, covered allmost 10K kms with single tunning (only oil change and air filter cleaning).
