Bro as Mohsin said, clockwise the fuel mixture will be lean which is opposite in the case of 70/125 carb.

I am not a mechanic but I have asked different Suzuki bikes specialist mechanics (working in Suzuki). And I also personally experienced this and getting optimal results.
I tune my bike carb the following way,
Turn the volume mixture screw clockwise to its full mean full tight (aram sa tight kerna ziada force nahi lagana paray ge)
Now make 6 turns anticlockwise. By 01 turn (north will be at south position or you can say aadhi chori) I mean the following as shown in the following image. 6 to 7 such turns gives me best optimal results in GS and Sprinter both. I am use to get ligther ride with top speed around 100 - 105 (Sprinter) and fuel economy (Sprinter) of 68 + km/liter on avg speed of 65km/h.
