Suzuki swift 1987 engine swap/overhaul suggestion required

Hi guys I own a 87 suzuki swift in very good condition and we are the first owner of it. The car is drove for approx 4 lac 50 thousand kms. Its Engine was once overhauled in late 90's and now its again weak and started eating oil.
I want your suggestion that shall I go for complete engine overhaul with head filling,oversize piston,gear box change(gears make noise in shifting,very hard shifting especially for 1st gear) all this work will cost me approx 70k. So, Is this a good option or I shall go for a Engine swap? Which option will be better for me?

If you are suggesting me a swap then kindly refer me some good engines with minimum alteration. Make sure car is a daily runner and I want to run it on cng and ac is must.

I am attaching some pictures for the reference these pics are 2 years old but still car is in good condition....

Don't know about a daily runner but you can get a G15 under there

Bro value is not an issue as I mentioned we are the owner of it since 28 years and we will not gonna sell it...

G15 or G16 but it will be tough job to find these old engines scrap market.

trust me if swap is not done correctly & EFI engine with matching ECU, Sensors is not configured correctly you will be forced to dispose of the car in under an year, !

This is exactly what we are afraid of else there is no issue, although we have no cost issue for swap but this is the main reason why I am asking suggestions....Bro what about if I go for g13a the carburetor one from margalla?

g16a efi best choice for swap it will be bolt to bolt on your car

Yes swift engine is not possible it will require too much alteration..G16 is a good engine but I need something for daily runner so,don't you think that g16 will be too much in power for me as I am not planning to go on moon..
Btw thanks for your suggestions..Lets wait for some more opinions.

g13 carby best I have one cultus in family the one look like swift/khyber it have margalla suspension,excel,engine and much better in road grip compared to khyber

Engine swap is crime in my opinion without any solid reason,its better get the engine rebuilt.For hard & noisy gear shifting synchronizing ring and hub assembly need to be checked and replaced accordingly.

Thanks for your opinion...Do you think rebuilding a 28 years old engine, drove for 4 lac 50 thousand kms will be a good option?
