Guys,

Need some help. Check engine light ame up out of the blue. The car is on cng and it happened after we travelled on the motorway from isl to abotabad. Any suggestions and possible reasons?

is it only on CNG or on Petrol as well?

check all the basic stuff like all oils and coolent etc frstly!

First of all what CNG kit are you using? Check radiator coolant level and does the car shut off while driving? Try resetting ECU by disconnecting -ve battery terminal for 3 minutes.

Thanks for the replies guys. I will give you some basic facts for better information. The kit is LR and it is mostly used on cng. It is both n cng and petrol. Last ight I took the car to abbottabad via motorway. Changed the battery today and got a new dry one from hankook. The light came on today in the morning before battery change. When the onboard computer was reset while replacing the battery, the light was gone but it turned on again.

The car does not shut down while driving. It runs fine.
