Ok Swift people out there.. I had this problem of Clutch plate as the pedal was hard as brick. and the pickup was dead as well.
My milage on the car was 106000km and it is 2012 DLX Swift.. I came here and never found any good answers of when to change the clutch plates and all. I went to SUZUKI motor house at Mall road Lahore. The first info I got from them was the CLUTCH has to be changed according to SUZUKI at 90K Kms and above that its all bonus.
It is important to mention here that my CAR is driven by 4 drivers at the same time from 2012 till 2018 i.e myself, my bro, my pa and my ma.
so every person has its own style of handling the clutch. Still, it lasted 106k kms. ALHAMDOLILLAH
They said i have to install a new set which is called CLUTCH SERVICE set as per 5th Jan 2018 the cost of that set which includes pressure plate, clutch plate, and the bearing is PKR 14500.
Outside, in Market, the price is PKR7000 for all three things.. ( IF ITS EXEDY BRAND BELIEVE ME ITS THE SAME THING IN LESS PRICE)
A quick tip -- when u have Clutch issue always change all the three things CLUTCH PLATE, Pressure plate and the bearing !!
They opened the old CLUTCH and after 2 hours came to me and said there is no CLUTCH SET in their stock.. At first, i was pissed but at the same time, I was normal as well. I called SUZUKI PRINCE AUTOS at Montgomery road Lahore. there number BTW is 04236372232. They gave me the set for PKR7000 and it was made in JAPAN and the brand was EXEDY...Not to forget here the original CLUTCH which came out from the car was of EXEDY as well..

As they didn't have any CLUTCH SET in their stocks so they said in markte its for PKR 8000. I called Prince Autos in front of them and they said PKR 7000. I had a bargain with them on this as well. I said i will get u this and u can install or else u give me at PKR 7000. They agreed as they wanted to kick me off the SUZUKI soil as quickly as possible coz getting stuff from outside and installing at SUZUKI is strictly against the policy.
SUZUKI MOTOR HOUSE got the CLUTCH SET from outside and I paid them PKR 7000 for that and they took PKR 4000 labor cost. Which initially they said PKR 4500. Always fight for prices. it works. 
NEW CLUTCH SET BOX
My CLUTCH IS BRAND NEW NOW in JUST PKR 11000. SUZUKI MECHANICS are professionals in terms of installation.They made sure it was fixed accurately and it was a good buy.. now its like makhaan..( BUTTER) lol according to MECHANICS language.. or u can say MALAI as well..
