Suzuki swift 2014 clutch problem

I bought suzuki swift 2014 a year before. When the car is hot or get stuck in traffic its clutch becomes spongy and gears dont shift. Sometime i bleed the clutch cylinder or when car cools the issue is resolved. Can anyone guide about permanent solution of this issue

I think @hash4u has hit it on the head. The master cylinder is taking air.

Yes master and slave cylinder changed it resolves problem for some time but than again same issue

If master cylinder is recently changed, then do proper air bleed.
