You're better of replacing it. My Liana was hit in a similar way. I first had it repaired but the bumper never really held back. Also, the bumper remained deshaped. Eventually, I had to change it since the car looked terrible and because the car was rear ended again which cracked the bumper. About the cost, my Liana's Bumper costed around 5k+3.5k for paint. Your swift's bumper should cost roundabout the same.
