Suzuki swift cvt transmission issue

My Swift(new) 2023 has developed CVT transmissions jerking/hesitation issue after 2.5 years (nearing 60k kms) , specifically during lower accelaration and in slow traffic, coupled with a whining/crying noise.
Experiencing the jerk or hesitation during accelaration in low gears/at slow speeds and a strange whining or crying sound from the transmission area during the jerk.

More Noticeable when passing through a speed breaker.

Another strange sound from the rear side when driving on a rough patch.

Already checked it twice from suzuki but no luck.
Throttled body cleaned
Cleaned the Transmission filter.

Has anyone else encountered this problem.
Please highlight

Oh boy, JATCO transmission problems.

yes I was thinking the same, Mechanics in the US apparently have a strong aversion to JATCO transmissions.

Yeah, I wonder how Suzuki would handle this situation in the coming years when these transmissions start failing left right centre.

Delaying tactics are often used because, in reality, there’s no such thing as effective consumer protection in Pakistan. Eventually, people are left with no choice but to turn to scrapyards.

I had a similar experience when I went to Honda for a leaking EVAP system. They didn’t have the parts available, and in the end, I had to get it fixed from the local market. Thankfully, it wasn’t a costly repair.

so many encountered this prob still this is JATCO CVT and still suzuki is unable to fix the brake issue.

if car is in under warranty claim the warranty bro..

60k the interval u can experience this issue in Swift forum people have explained it

last time i visited showroom for alto oil change stuff.. i have seen so many swift was there for replacement of complete gear under warranty

all machines can have issues, you will see such even in yaris and civic. They don't represent all the cars.

bro i have driven this car.. so much plastic and i was about to buy the car but brake issue still Suzuki is unable to solve ..

well such issues are not present in yaris and city

personally i like city .. spacious no annoying arm rest in the middle.. no torsion bar issue..
