Suzuki swift heat up issue on high rpm

Salam to all fellows.

I am facing heat up issue in swift 2010, 95k driven.
When the car goes above 120km or I stretch at high revs above 3 4, after some time its heat needle start going up when I slow down the speed it turns down to normal.

Head gasket was changed recently when car was heat up for the first time few months back. But this problem did not accur before gasket issue.

I have been to few mechanics but no clue. Got radiator serviced, caltex coolant added all other things are fine but I removed thermostat.

Is this because of thermostat removal or any other reason?

Apart from reinstalling thermostat valve , get radiator cap and water pump checked. If you were using water before, then these parts could have rusted, causing them to stop working properly. This could be the reason why your car is overheating. So if they are rusted, replacing them would fix your issue.

I have changed rusted pipes, and using coolant now. Water pump was also changed recently.

Then replace the radiator cap and install a new thermostat. Removing the thermostat valve can actually cause the coolant to move too fast around the system, and can result in your engine overheating. This is when our electricians come to the rescue with the direct fan running on all the time, though I suppose it isn't their fault but that of the mechanic. They're just making the best of a bad situation.

Rusted pipes means rust is inside the radiator as well.
Change the radiator. And installed brand new thermostat.

Well radiator was serviced recently and radiator cap also changed, I should install thermostat again as a first step.

Search for citric acid flush and perform it yourself. The procedure has been shared multiple times here on forum. After that install thermostat and new radiator cap if not already done.

if a car heats up at high speeds only, it means that something is restricting the required coolant flow through the radiator ..
since you mentioned you've already serviced the radiator, i think it's not properly cleaned or might need replacement.
other thing is you mentioned you already changed head gasket...
so you have to check both of these things .. either gasket is weak again because of poor workmanship and the pressure is leaking into the cooling system making it unbearable..
or the radiator is not properly cleaned and not enough coolant is passing through to cool the engine down.

is it also decreasing coolant ?

Done with radiator cleaning, thermostat installation and today I drived 80 kms for trial, filled half resrerve bottle before going now its quarter which means radiator throwing back water.
Dont know if its really gasket issue or may be bad radiator cap?
Or may be its normal because I also filled radiator at the top so may be it thrown some water because it was full.

A little bit is fine if it's for the reservoir, as when you add water and start the engine, a little bit does get sucked up, so the radiator draws more from the reservoir.
But make sure to add coolant, and trial for a longer period, at least a full tank of fuel.
The needle should never go above the middle mark. If it doesn't, that means your problem's successfully resolved.

water level rising or decreasing in the reservoir bottle is normal. just check it in the morning after car has cooled down. probably the coolant level in reservior will also go to the desired level.

if car is not heating up any more than just keep a check on the reservior and keep it topped up to the desired level.

UPDATE

So installed t valve, radiator cleaning with tatri, changed radiator cap, air bleeding.

Testing till today shows its fine now, no heat up and water level is same still and coolant is not yet added.

By the way i am planning to change ride now

Replace it with coolant though, otherwise the next owner is going to have the same problem down the line. Water will cause rust which will destroy the new t-valve, water pump, and radiator cap, and the cycle will repeat itself again.

Yea bro. I changed water 2 3 times to clean completely and on testing period it was not feasible to add expensive coolant. I will add my self or I will ask buyer to add coolant
