Suzuki Swift HT51S, Overheating Issue

The temperature gauge needle is at the center when I'm in a highway but the needle moves up a bit and comes back to center when i'm driving uphill without A/C.

I replaced the Thermostat valve & the ECT sensor and now the engine overheats at slow speeds with A/C is on but needle stays at center when the A/C is off.

Are you using tap water in it instead of coolant? If yes, whole cooling system must be rusted and requires thorough cleaning / replacements. Be sure to use proper coolant afterwards.

Previous owner too has observed overheating and he has cleaned the cooling system with a radiator flush 06 months back.There was a leak in the radiator after I bought the car so I have replaced the old radiator with a good reconditioned one.

I'm using WURTH coolant with distilled water. There is no sign of rust in the system as the coolant seems to be clean.

My technician says there may be a fault with the radiator fan and the fan speeds may be low.
Can this be a reason, if yes, is there anyway to check the speeds?

The culprit was the fan. Replaced the fan. Problem solved....
