That break noise is 'normal'. The manual mentions this as well. Its usually due to build up of dust on the disks.
Its not limited to locally manufactured Suzuki's. Google this up. Its a pretty universal phenomena. There are some solutions that are offered as well.
If the noise is unusually loud, you might want to get it checked.
PS:
Some other 'surprises' you might get
1. The break light relay produces a 'tick' noise right below the steering wheel area. This is again common in all Swifts as well
2. The rubber seal on the door is held in place by plastic tabs That make a strange noise during summers. I get it from my right rear door. IIRC this also shows up in Indians and UK Swifts
3. The dash is super plasticky and it will rattle at high speeds on a bumpy road. This again is not limited to our locally made suzuki
I guess PAk suzuki's swift inherited every problem that all Suzuki's swifts have all over the world. At-least this shows they are offering the same materials as everyone else!
