What should be the maximum mileage when buying a used one ? I'd be using it as a daily driver for office in Islamabad a daily commute of 25-30KMs
I've heard anything above 30k is bad...in what way is it bad to get above 40k driven?
A well maintained car is much better with 60k ODO than abused car less than 30k driven.I'm owning swift from last 26 months and AlhamduLillah I'm satisfied with it.

Does the swift require valve (tappet) adjustment? If yes then which is the good dealership in islamabad to get it done
No tappets in swift/Liana (M13 engine).they have shims.

Yes it does but not on very short intervals like old cars it is recommanded to get valve clearance checked every 40k

Unfortunately I had an accident yesterday when I hit the car in front. My beloved Suzuki Swift front bumper is broken at 3 points (and my heart at 30 places). I need suggestions / advice if going for genuine parts from Suzuki dealership is worth the money which will cost me in the range of 12k or should I look around Bilal Ganj etc ? Thanks.
do not compromise on the quality. . regarding bumper you can get it from local market. for other parts get them from authorized dealership.

10k is reasonable if its a genuine bumper
front bumper is around 6K + 2K for paint
I called Sethi Motors , they gave me the quote of 7360/- for bumper and 3500 for paint.
3500 for bumper in local market and paubt can be done in 2500 to 3500 with an expert painter.
