Its 5yrs old thing i think they told me that some bush was dried out or something like that. But in my case noise increased to very high level

oh bush, btw i`ve plan to get whole front thing checked after 14 aug , swing arms, bushes, engine n gear foundations n front suspensions.

Hi. i want change tyres on my swift. currently i have Advan Db's on my car and have had a good experience with them. should i buy advan db again or is there a better tyre(which suits swift better). also i might have to change the rims. they have been damaged and i have repaired them few times as well. which rims should i go for and from where in lahore. thanks

Hello guys,
I have installed LED lights 6500 lumens in my fog lamps. It looks good with parking white led’s but with stock headlight bulbs it’s unsatisfactory. The shopkeeper doesn’t recommend LED’s for Swift headlights and I don’t wanna go for HID’s either. So, what’s the best option available in market for aftermarket halogen bulbs? And does halogen bulb comes in white light like 6500 lumens?

Halogen bulb comes with blue light. Go for Philips Xtreme Vision 130%
Or OSRAM Night Breaker Laser

Check lumens rating first. Above certain limit is not road legal.

so,Got my tappet cover seal changed from Mechanic as it has some oil sludge on sides of engine.
Was driving back at home saw smoke coming out from engine and opened the engine and saw oil Spraying from the sides and going on the hot catalytic converter that caused the smoke.
Went back to that mechanic and he told me thet maybe his 'Larka' has not installed correctly and i got super furious on him and he kept silent.
Opened it in front me the new seal had a small piece broken as he fixed it worng and applied silicon on that area and installed back.
Mechanic is experienced and good but usually gives work to his chotu.
Should i get the seal change again as i think he did jugaar by applying silicon.
No oil leakage now (Drove for 3 Km only)

Get the seal changed asap. Juggar kabhi bhi khatam ho sakti hai. Better to spend some money now than to spend a fortune on a new head assembly or any other major part.

bhai lazmi change karwa lain ...seal is not expensive ..
and tell ustad next time you see his chhota around your car..you will change mechanic ...

hey guys i have Suzuki swift 2012 dlx . car is having ac compressor problem so i have to change the compressor. Suzuki sukkur motors are asking one lac, local mechanic asking 23,000 for Japanese swift compressor and my mechanic in Karachi is asking 20,000 for terios compressor . So plz guide me which option is good. I have bought car just 3 months ago i have no idea about swift. Same terios compressor is in my corolla 2010 model and it is running fine but mechanic in sukkur said that "swift ka ziyada acha hai apna compressor hai terios choti car hai".

If someone who travelled in swift 1.3 manual towards Northern hilly areas plz guide me is swift manual is good in Hill climb...?
Someone told me that he experienced once in another guys swift that swift is very bad in Hill climb, so I am planning a trip to hilly areas, let me know is that true are something wrong with that swift or that swift driver was a noob.

No issue at all. I have gone to Khunjarab Pass (China Border) on swift. You just need to be careful all the time and keep the speed under control and limits. Don't use excessive brakes. Use engine braking while descending.

Be extra carefull while going to babu sar top and descending to chilass.

Also I have visited sawat and malam Jabba in swift.

Can anyone suggest a good Mechanic for Suspension work of Suzuki Switt from Lahore or Sargodha?
Issue : Rattling and Dug dug sound comming from left front of car which is only present when i am driving on a unpaved road(road in process of construction or brick Soling).
Checked Lower Controo Arm bushings,Brake Callipers,Zlinks,Sway bar bushings,Shocks all are working good.
But still when i am on the unpaved road or soling i hear the noise from front left side.

Do check stabilizer bar bush. It is common in swift. Worn bushes of stabilizer bar makes tik tik or rattling noise.
