abs ka hi issue hai.

internal seals of the ABS fail due to which this happens.

Safe to say Swift's brake system cannot tolerate old brake fluid which ends up destroying the seals.

Also, is it worth upgrading from the Alpine CD player to the OEM navigation system used in the last model years of Swift? Are the specifications still holding up today?

its recommended to bleed the brake fluid and replace with new one after every 2 years or 40,000 KMs.

OEM navigation is bit slower when it comes to using Google Maps and other navigation apps. Try to find 4GB RAM, Android 10 Panel in market. They are comparatively good

in light of this upgrade, a few changes were made to enhance the music experience

1) The 4450bt has now been replaced with a much newer Pioneer A2150bt headunit. A smaller screen but uses the latest pioneer firmware tech

2) The front and rear doors are now compactly sound treated (60-70% coverage). Even the door cards got some sound treatment done to minimize plastic flexing/rattles

3) The nakamichi coaxials were lacking a but of depth when cranked them big. The midbass isnt the best out there. Thus these were moved to the back doors and were replaced by the Recoil Stage3 coaxial in the front. The sheer size difference between the two pretty much defines what kind of umphfff the Recoils can take. The difference in the vocals and midbass was night and day (this is a budget build and both these coaxial's cost un der11k

4) But even the recoils were lacking that low end BUMP. So decided to get a Pioneer TS-WX120A Under seat subwoofer. Connected it to the 4450bt ( which also has a dedicated subwoofer control ensuring the bass levels are controllable directly from the

1. My Swift 2020 Automatic has done almost 42000 km. I am using total Quartz 9000 Future 5W30. Should I continue with this or change the grade to 10W40. Asking due to current weather conditions and I have to drove the car on long.

   1. Recently I went to Ali Brothers in Karachi for wheel balancing and alignment and he advised to change the tyres and they deshaped (as per them) a little and that they have completed their life, being manufactured in 2019. Should I change the tyres?

Need guidance from someone experienced.

My car is about to reach 90,000 km on odometer, using 5w/30 since day one. Car is doing pretty good engine is fine and strong no leakage or reduction, Alhamdulillah...

in other words, yes, keep using the same oil no need to change the oil grade.

i think stock tyres can go more than 50 and up to 60,000 km .. if they are deshaped, you will feel some uneven bumpy ride even on smooth surface .. note that .. and you can visually inspect the tyre tread also how much life is left .. agar ganja ho raha hai to definitely change.

what i've noticed is when the tyre is about to end its life, it start's getting punctures quite often.. so buy a 12v tyre inflator as well and keep the same tyres, when you start noticing they start getting puncutres more often .. then it means it's time to change the shoes : )

Assalam o Laikum.

Guidance needed, Tyres for Swift Yokohama Advan or Yokohama BluEarth. Recently someone advised that for hot climates like Pakistan BluEarth are recommended. Am not sure whether Yokohama BluEarth are available in 185/60/R15 profile. Needless to say stock are Yokohama Advan 185/60/R15. Whats recommended? BluEarth or Advan?

I have used Advan DB in my swift since Aug 2018 till last month. It proved simply awesome in every aspect
Now i just got Dynamo Street-H MH01 (185/65/R15 92H XL). It recently started getting imported in Pakistan. Its appearance is killer. XL is for extra loading capacity and once u get it installed its appearance will tell u this thing. But i feel its a slightly heavier tyre and steering appears to be slightly harder than what was with Yokohama. U can see it has good reviews especially in UK. If u are from Karachi PM me i will guide you towards best tyre seller
By the way Yokohama is almost twice the price of Dynamo
