What is the headlight specifications of SWIFT. The bulb type is H4 . I have put Osram Night Breaker Plus 60/55W. What is the correct /factory recommended wattage ?

Also what is the correct wattage for fog lamps? The bulb type for fog lamp I suppose is H11

Check the user manual that comes with the car..for the headlights, u have the correct bulb i.e 60/55w H4.
If u can't find it in the user manual, just take out a bulb from the fog and see what's written on it. Wattage should definitely be mentioned and all this will hardly take two mins.

Don't have the user manual :(.
One fog light aint working so I was thinking if I get the correct wattage I will just buy the bulb and get it installed.

What is stud? I still can't understand what is this thing and where it's located?

Studs are the bolts which are Fixed. Like the four studs on which wheels are mounted and nuts are tightened to secure all 4 whrels.

Also i cleaned and oiled k&n filter on my swift. it got dirty in 10k kms maybe because it is small in size. Lets see what difference it makes.

Yes I have got cleaning kit. Got it from pakwheels member Sameer3389. He can tell you latest prices. I got it for 3200. One kit can work for 8-10 washes. Send him a pm or email. And 20000 is a lot of mileage. Better get it cleaned.

for that you will have to get the whole of the front console bracket (fascia). Only possible by exchange. Otherwise the player is available for around 6-8k. and im referring to the Alpine one

i sold mine some time ago. The Alpine player is available widely at most of the audio shops in Major cities. Give them a visit. A unit can be arranged as well if you are interested.

For sound deadening I have seen Yawar Bhai to use Jumboo Whool , I also got suzuki swift and is interested for sound deadening.
But before that I have few questions???

1. For sound deadening i heard from people that Foam 0.5 Inch(min) is best is it true???
   (My professor at NUST University told me that foam is the best material for sound deadening; that is why in cinemas and inside of speaker for sound deadening they use 1 inch high graded foam. I myself witness in Cinepax Jinnah Park Rawalpindi that they have covered walls with 2 inches of foam sheets.)

2.Jumboo Whool has less flexibility so it absorb less sound waves and vibrations????

3.Jumboo Whool causes heat problem????

Ur professor could be right but the foam tends to soak water which will eventually lead to rust hence not a practical solution since there wil be car washes and rains. Jumbolon dont not soak water so perfect for applications in the cars.
